The Essence of Buddhism:
A Public Talk by Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche

In a spring 2005 public talk, given to a group of local residents from the Virginia countryside surrounding the Lotus Garden Retreat Center, Rinpoche focuses on the attainments of Buddha Shakyamuni and the basics of Buddhist practice. Concise, energetic, and often playful, Rinpoche offers personal anecdotes and everyday examples to explain how we can fulfill our birthright as human beings. Accessible to the absolute beginner as a description of the basic tenets of Buddhism, this CD is good to share with family and friends.
